- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, to receive public comment regarding its consideration of a petition to annex 49.73 acres commonly known as the Falcon Hill Annexation, located on certain portions of military land within the Falcon Hill Project Area on the northeastern border of Clearfield City. A copy of the Petition for Annexation and map can be viewed and copied by contacting the City Recorder?s Office at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
