HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NEEDS HEARING
The City of Taylorsville invites the residents to participate in a Community Development Block Grant needs hearing. The City Officials are requesting citizen comments on what the priorities should be for Community Development and Housing activities that will sustain and/or improve Taylorsville. This is in preparation of the One Year Action Plan and The Five Year Consolidated Plan. The City is asking for citizen input in defining its future needs. The hearing will be held in the Taylorsville City Council Chambers located at 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, UT, on November 5, 2014 at 6:30 PM. Citizens may also submit written comments on Community needs. The comments may be addressed to CDBG Needs@ 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, UT. 84129.

CDBG APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE
The City of Taylorsville Department of Community Development announces the Applications for the FY 2015-2016 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program will be available on November 1, 2014. Applications may be obtained at the City of Taylorsville Offices at 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard or they will be available online November 1, 2014 from the Taylorsville City?s Web site at www.taylorsvilleut.gov
Applications are due by 4:30 PM December 5, 2014. Applications must be submitted to the City Offices by this date in order to be considered for funding for FY 2015-2016.
