The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of minutes of the September 11, 2014 meeting. 2. Site plan alteration at 660 West Mutton Hollow Road ? Davis Citizens Coalition Against Violence. 3. Public hearing and request for a PRUD overlay zone at approximately 700 East 600 South ? Micah Peters. 4. Final plat approval for Sunset Equestrian Estates Phase 16C at approximately 1200 South Kentucky Derby Way ? Symphony Homes. 5. Call to the public. 6. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 7. Adjournment.
