CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at a Special Session at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 and the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered. GPA 1410-0002: A request by Con Wilcox for a General Plan Amendment to amend future land uses on property located at approximately 919 W. 1600 S. (TIN: 12-391-0008, 12-391-0009) from Commercial to Manufacturing. RZN 1410-0002: A request by Con Wilcox for a rezone on property located at approximately 919 W. 1600 S. (TIN: 12-391-0008, 12-391-0009) from Commercial (C-2) to Manufacturing (M-1). A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
