On Thursday, October 16, 2014, at approximately 6:15 pm, the Sandy City Planning Commission will consider annexing properties located at approximately 2513 East 10000 South, in Salt Lake County.
The area under consideration for annexation comprises several contiguous unincorporated areas, totaling approximately 11.07 acres respectively. It is being proposed to annex these properties to the City with the R-1-40A Zone (single family residential on 40,000 square foot lots with animal rights) and the R-1-20A Zone (single family residential on 20,000 square foot lots with animal rights).
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation concerning annexation and zoning of these properties and forward them to the City Council. The Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at approximately 7:05 p.m., at which time a final decision on the annexation and zoning will be made.
