Description/Agenda: To be published on September 22, 2014, in Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on October 7, 2014, to receive public comment on a proposal to vacate 3,092.88 square feet of its property at approximately Galena Park Blvd and 200 West and to declare said property as surplus and authorize its sale or trade. The area to be vacated is part of the old intersection right-of-way for Galena Park Blvd and 200 West, which is no longer being used by the City and the City now seeks to sale to the adjacent property owner. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on October 7, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
