CITIZEN COMMENT Citizens are permitted to address the Council concerning any matter over which the Council has jurisdiction, including comments concerning an item on the agenda. The Council will allow 3 minutes to do so during this period. Written comments may be submitted if a citizen does not wish to speak. Any comments needing or requesting follow-up will be assigned to staff for further action as appropriate after the meeting.
