- City Council Tuesday, September 16, 2014 Tour will be along Pioneer Crossing Extension in Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045 Site Visit 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. A quorum of the City Council will be present, however the meeting is for information only and no action will be taken. Members of the public are invited to attend.
