Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING PARC TAX Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council has placed an opinion question as to whether or not American Fork City should enact a local sales and use tax of one-tenth (1/10) of one percent (1%) to fund Cultural Arts Facilities and Programs and Recreational Facilities in American Fork City. The public may comment at a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, American Fork, Utah.
