Ogden City City Council Meeting Agenda September 2, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building ? Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Approval of Minutes (voice vote): a. Joint Study Session of May 20, 2014 ? Council member Garner b. Joint Study Session of July 29, 2014 ? Council member White 5. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Doxey Street vacation. Proposed Ordinance 2014-36 vacating a portion of Doxey Street west of Wall Avenue. (Set public hearing for September 23, 2014) 6. Public Hearing: a. Honorary designation of a portion of 9th Street as Scots Way. Proposed Resolution 2014-17 approving the honorary designation of 9th Street between Monroe Boulevard and Harrison Boulevard as Scots Way. (Adopt/not adopt resolution ? roll call vote) 7. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. Please state your name and address clearly for the record, and limit your comments to three minutes. 8. Comments: a. Mayor. b. Council Members. 9. Adjournment. Reminder: A Special Redevelopment Agency meeting will be held immediately following the Regular City Council meeting. A City Council Joint Work Session will be held immediately following the Special Redevelopment Agency meeting. The purpose of the Joint Work Session is to receive a Transit Study update and to discuss Council and Board business.
