- CITY OF WEST JORDAN PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposals ***Date changed from Sept 18, 2014 to Oct 2, 2014*** The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking competitive Proposals for: Implemented, Phased Project Design (30% Design) For ?BIG BEND? Habitat Restoration West Jordan, Utah Sealed proposals will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk/Recorder?s Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Thursday, ***OCTOBER 2, 2014*** at which time the names of those firms who submitted proposals shall be publicly announced. Proposals shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk/Recorder or designee. Proposals, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk/Recorder?s Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Facsimile transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Questions regarding this RFP may be directed to: Chuck Tarver via email at charlest@wjordan.com. No later than 5:00 P.M. 09-15-14 documents may be obtained via email beginning 09-02-14, from Paul Wellington, Division of Purchasing paulwe@wjordan.com. When requesting RFP documents, please include your full name, company name, address, phone number, and email address.
