Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a public hearing to be held by the Farmington City Council at the City Offices, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, at its regularly scheduled meeting on TUESDAY, September 16, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, to consider amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding standards and provisions of Chapters 10, 11, 12, and 28 (and possible other Chapters in the Zoning Ordinance) related to conventional and conservation subdivision standards, transfer of development rights, etc.; and consideration of amending Chapter 15 of the Zoning Ordinance allowing for the rental of recreation vehicles as an allowed use in the BR zone.
