Council member White e. Work Session of June 10, 2014 ? Council member Wicks 5. Common Consent (voice vote): a. FY 2015 Budget Amendment ? Harrison Storm Sewer Project. Proposed Ordinance 2014-35 amending the budget in the amount of $700,000. (Set public hearing for August 26, 2014) 6. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Intent to Adjust Current Boundaries between Ogden City and South Ogden City. Proposed Resolution 2014-16 declaring the intent to adjust the current boundaries of Ogden City and South Ogden City by relocating the mutual boundary thereby eliminating from Ogden City areas that are served by South Ogden City. (Adopt/not adopt resolution ? roll call vote; Set/not set public hearing for October 21, 2014 ?voice vote) b. Mobile Food Trucks. Proposed Ordinance 2014-34 amending Section 15-2 of the Ogden City Code to define and provide uniform standards for mobile food trucks, and to allow mobile food trucks to operate in certain zones. (Accept public input; adopt/not adopt ordinance) 7. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas.
