- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION ? City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of July 23, 2014. 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 Review and potential recommendation of the K. Call Subdivision located at 500 South Ridge Lane in R-1-10, Residential Zone. (Item on Remand) 6.2 Reconsideration of a previous motion for Plat B of the Phillips Estates Subdivision located at 131 South 900 East in the R-1-10, Residential Zone. 6.3 Discussion regarding the land uses, design, and future development pattern in Downtown Payson. 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8. Adjournment
