NOTICE OF PETITION FOR ANNEXATION (Summer Hollow Annexation) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition for Annexation has been filed with Layton City for approximately 10.724 acres located at approximately 1900 East Oakhills Drive. The Layton City Council received the Notification of Certification of the Annexation Petition on July 17, 2014. The Annexation Petition is available for review and copying at the Layton City Community and Economic Development Office, 437 N. Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah. Layton City may grant the Petition for Annexation of the subject property unless written protests are filed. Any written protest to the Annexation Petition shall be filed with the Davis County Boundary Commission, 28 East State Street, Room 221, (P.O. Box 618), Farmington, Utah, 84025. A copy thereof shall also be delivered to the Layton City Recorder. The deadline for filing a protest regarding the Annexation Petition is 5:00 p.m., August 25, 2014. A protest may be filed by the Legislative Body or Governing Body of an effected entity.
