Staff will provide an update on cases that have been recently discussed, including the rulemaking resulting from SB75 and the RMP rate case.
4. Public Meetings Act Training
Utah state law requires annual training for all entities that hold public meetings.
5. Discussion of Policy Objectives
The Committee will discuss and potentially vote on some basic policy objectives for the Office of Consumer Services.
6. Discussion of strategy in litigation pending before the Utah Public Service Commission: in Docket 09-035-23 (RMP General Rate Case) and Docket 09-035-15 (RMP request for ECAM)
6a. Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205 (1)(c)
