Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF HEARINGS FARMINGTON CITY ZONE CHANGES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF public hearings to be held by the Farmington City Planning Commission at the City Offices, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, at its regularly scheduled meeting on THURSDAY, AUGUST 7, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, to consider a zone change on property (approx. 5 acres) located at about 86 N. 1600 S. from A (Agriculture) to LR (Large Residential) (Z-2-14); and a zone change on property (8.89 acres) located at approximately 1725 W. 450 N. from A to AE (Agriculture Estates) (Z-1-14).
