NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX On July 22, 2014, the City Council of American Fork, Utah, adopted Resolution No. 2014-07-30R, indicating its intent to annex the following described real property: Pulley Annexation (1100 South Harbor Road) Description: Beginning at a point which is South 30.94 feet and West 88.30 feet from the South ¼ corner of Section 26, Township 5 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said point of beginning also being along the annexation boundary of the Harbor Road Annexation Plat ?D? on file with the Utah County Recorder?s Office; Running Thence along said annexation line the following two (2) courses: N 00o11?32? W 74.67 feet, and N 00o20?23? E 215.00 feet; thence S 89o45?39? E 9.22 feet; thence N 00o14?21? E 609.98 feet; thence N 89o59?21? E 613.05 feet; thence N 00o27?22? East 1781.56 feet; thence N 89o59?21? E 352.68 feet; thence S 00o00?39? E 11.44 feet; thence East 388.72 feet to a point along the Annexation Boundary of the Dan Frandsen Annexation Plat on file with the Utah County Recorder?s Office; thence along said Dan Frandsen Annexation the following two (2) courses: S 00o27?17? W 948.39 feet and S 89o48?44? E 6.69 feet; thence S 00o41?56? W 1515.56 feet; thence N 88o52?55? W 2.03 feet; thence S 00o09?34? E 138.77 feet; thence S 00o40?34? W 90.28 feet to a point along the Ruben and Christine Adams Annexation Plat; thence along said Ruben and Christine Adams Annexation Plat the following two (2) courses: N 89o22?16? W 12.23 feet, and N 89o01?36? W 403.71 feet; thence N 89o01?36? W 943.57 feet to the point of beginning. Annexation boundary containing 58.71 acres Basis of Bearing: Utah State Plane Coordinate System, Central Zone Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing on August 26, 2014, at 7:15 p.m. in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed annexation. The City Council will act to annex the above described real property unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the annexation are filed by the owners of real property in accordance with applicable provisions of UCA 10-2-418. Copies of a map showing the location of the annexation area are available for review by the public at the City Recorder?s Office, 51 East Main Street, during normal business hours.
