PUBLIC HEARING
WATER CONSERVATION PLAN
Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers of the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at approximately 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider an updated Water Conservation Plan for Centerville City.
Pursuant to State Law, "Centerville City has updated its Water Conservation Plan, which will be the subject of a public hearing.? The Water Conservation Plan is available for review by the public at City Hall in the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours.

Persons requesting these accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, or events should call Blaine Lutz, Centerville Finance Director, at 295-3477, giving at least 24 hours notice prior to the meeting.

Meetings of the City Council of Centerville City may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-207, as amended. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained via electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Electronic Meetings Policy established by the City Council for electronic meetings.
