The Midvale City is proposing to increase its property tax
revenue.
- The Midvale City tax on a $175,000 residence would
increase from $59.96 to $70.84, which is $10.88 per year.
- The Midvale City tax on a $175,000 business would
increase from $109.03 to $128.80, which is $19.77 per
year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, Midvale City would
increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 17.89%
above last year's property tax budgeted revenue
excluding new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on
the tax increase.
