- Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoption The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council: April 22, 2014 Ordinance 2014-09 ? regarding the regulation of non-depository lending establishments. May 13, 2014 Ordinance 2014-10 ? amending the Graffiti Ordinance. Ordinance 2014-11 ? regarding the organization of the Community Services Department and the Parks and Recreation Commission. May 27, 2014 Ordinance 2014-12 ? modifying the phasing plan for the Clearfield Station project. June 10, 2014 Ordinance 2014-13 ? amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule. Ordinance 2014-14 ? amending Business License Regulations. June 24, 2014 Ordinance 2014-15 ? regarding acceptable surfaces for parking in residential areas. Ordinance 2014-17 ? providing for Administrative Site Plan Review. July 8, 2014 Ordinance 2014-16 ? regulating parking, primarily in commercial, manufacturing and public facilities zones.
