Pursuant to Section 52-4-207 ?Electronic Meetings? of the Open and Public Meetings Law, Council member Garner will participate in the meeting via teleconference, and such electronic means will provide the public body the ability to communicate via the teleconference. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: a. Coach Jim Blaisdell. Joint resolution 2014-11 recognizing Weber State University Coach Jim Blaisdell for his significant success over the past 33 years. 5. Approval of Minutes (voice vote): a. Closed Executive Session of February 18, 2014, Work Session of May 13, 2014 and Closed Executive Session of May 13, 2014 ? Vice Chair Gochnour b. Special Meeting of May 13, 2014 ? Council member White c. Joint Study Session of May 20, 2014 and Joint Study Session of May 27, 2014 ? Council member Blair d. Regular Meeting of May 27, 2014 and Work Session of May 27, 2014 ? Council member Stephens 6. Public Hearing: a. Budget Amendment ? Trackline Economic Development Area. Proposed Ordinance 2014-32 amending the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 budget in the amount of $230,750. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 7. Reports from Administration: a. Traffic Safety Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2014-33 amending Subsections 10-7 and 11-5-5.B of the Ogden City Municipal Code to address traffic and public safety concerns. (Accept Public Input; Adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 8. Closed Executive Session. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of Sections 52-4-205(1)(c) of the Open and Public Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing pending or reasonably imminent litigation. (Adjourn/not adjourn into closed session ? roll call vote) 9. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. Please state your name and address clearly for the record, and limit your comments to three minutes. 10. Comments: a. Mayor. b. Council Members. 11. Adjournment. Reminder: A Special Redevelopment Agency meeting will be held immediately following the Regular City Council meeting. A City Council Work Session will be held immediately following the Special Redevelopment Agency meeting. The purpose of the Work Session is to receive an informational presentation regarding Salt Lake City?s evaluation of environmental and scientific factors in water resource management, discuss mobile food trucks and to discuss Council business. A Redevelopment Agency Work Session will be held immediately following the City Council Work Session. The purpose of the Work Session is to receive the Redevelopment Agency Quarterly Report and to discuss Board business.
