NOTICE AND AGENDA FRUIT HEIGHTS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, July 15, 2014 6:00 p.m. City Council Meeting www.fruitheightscity.com NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold a regular City Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at City Hall, located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights City. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 6:00 P.M. REGULAR MEETING 1. WELCOME : MAYOR PRO TEMP CRAIG HILL (Mayor Don Carroll excused) 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: - June 19, 2014; No meeting was held on July 1, 2014 3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS: Items from the Public ? The public may address the Mayor regarding issues that are not on the agenda. We ask that you please limit your comments to 3 minutes. 3.1. Paulette Marchant: Discuss concern with maintenance on Lloyd Road along the Sound Wall No action may be taken on any item not on the agenda 4. NEW BUSINESS: 4.1. Approve/Deny Request to approve final acceptance of Mountain Splendor Subdivision, Phases I & II (Brandon Jones) 4.2. Discuss options for installation for fiber into the Fruit Heights City Office?s (Brandon Green) 4.3. Request to purchase Equipment for the Public Works Department (Brandon Green) 5. OLD BUSINESS: 5.1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Request from Digis to install equipment on the City?s culinary water tank (Brandon Green) 6. CONSENT CALENDAR: 6.1. May, June Check Register 7. ELECTRONIC MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor. 10. CLOSED MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 10.1 Discuss Purchase of Real Property (Brandon Green) 11.
