- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will participate in land use training during their regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday July 9, 2014. This is a training session only and regular business of the Planning Commission will not be conducted. The training session will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah.
