Notice of Public Hearing and Adoption of Sewer Collection Impact Fee
Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding the possible adoption of a Sewer Collection Impact Fee Facilities Plan certified by Bowen, Collins and Associates, a Sewer Collection Impact Fee Analysis certified by Zions Bank, and an ordinance enacting a Sewer Collection Facilities Impact Fee (Ordinance 14-19), which have been prepared to comply with the Impact Fees Act. The hearing will be conducted during the regular City Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at the City of Saratoga Springs City Hall Building located at 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045. The Impact Fees Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, Executive Summary, and a draft of the proposed ordinance are available at the Saratoga Springs Public Library, on the City?s website, on the Utah Public Notice Website, and on file in the City Recorder?s Office and available upon request.
