Common Consent (voice vote): a. Budget Amendment ? Trackline Economic Development Area. Proposed Ordinance 2014-32 amending the budget in the amount of $230,750. (Set public hearing for July 15, 2014) 6. Public Hearings: a. Budget Reappropriation ? Public Art. Proposed Ordinance 2014-28 reappropriating $50,000 for public art installation in the Central Business District. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) b. Annexation, Community Plan Amendment and Rezone at 450 North Jefferson Ave. i. Presentation. ii. Public Hearing. iii. Actions: 1. Annexation. Proposed Ordinance 2014-18 for the annexation of 1.761 acres generally located at 450 North Jefferson Avenue and classifying said land for zoning as multiple-family and single family residential zone. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 2. Mt. Lewis Community Plan Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2014-30 amending the Mt. Lewis Community Plan to provide the zoning option of R-3/CO at 450 North Jefferson Avenue and 550 North Street. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 3. Rezone. Proposed Ordinance 2014-31 amending the zoning map to reclassify property generally located at 450 North Jefferson Avenue and 550 North Street as Multiple Family Residential Zone/Conditional Overlay (R-3/CO) and outline the terms of an acceptable development agreement for the development of said property. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 7. Reports from Administration: a. Certified Tax Rate. Proposed Resolution 2014-15 determining the General Certified Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2014-2015. (Adopt/not adopt resolution ? roll call vote) 8. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas.
