MEETING DATE: June 19, 2014 TIME: Immediately following the Workshop that is beginning at 3:00 P.M. LOCATION: 7764 W 2100 S MAGNA, UT WWTP ADMINISTRATION BUILDING A. Call to order. B. Welcome the Public and Guests. C. Approval of common consent items: 1. Minutes of regular board meeting held May 8, 2014. 2. Minutes of special executive board meeting held June 4, 2014. 3. Expenses for May 8, 2014 to June 13, 2014. 4. Zion?s Bank bond payment approval. D. Public Comment. E. Consider motion to approve the 2013 annual audit as presented. F. Consider motion to approve the SPD as written as the District?s existing executive benefit plan. G. Consider motion to approve Resolution #2014 ? 03, regarding the 2014 Certified Tax Rate. H. Consider motion to approve Resolution #2014 - 04, regarding the amendment to the 2014 Budget. I. Consider motion to approve the request from West Valley City, for construction access to Barton Well field for building an embankment inside our well field along the east property line. J. Consider motion on the change of lateral size at Arbor Park Development. K. Consider motion for approval to proceed with an amendment to Whitaker?s Construction contract to include the secondary line for Head Start. L. Consider motion to approve a Lagoon Day for Magna Water employees and Trustees. N. Consider motion to approve the email migration project. O. Consider motion to amend the motion made on the District vehicles and retaining truck #69 2009 GMC Canyon 4-wheel drive for standby purposes. Q. Consider motion to allow staff to proceed with Zion?s Bank, Alex Buxton, to issue the remaining $2.1 M of bond authorization. R. Consider motion if needed regarding services for the open house for the WWTP Administration building to be held on June 26, 2014 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. S. The anchor location for this meeting where the public may attend and monitor the proceedings shall be the District?s board room at 2711 South 8600 West, Magna, Utah, unless otherwise specified above. Any Trustee wishing to participate electronically must notify the District Manager or the District Clerk personally prior to the meeting and provide the telephone number at which the Trustee can be reached at the appointed time. A conference call shall be initiated from the anchor location to each Trustee participating by telephone at the appointed time. If a Trustee is having difficulty connecting to the meeting, please call the District offices at 801-250-2118. This same procedure shall be used at any continuation of this meeting, unless otherwise specified in the meeting.
