ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED STORM DRAIN IMPACT FEE
NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED STORM DRAIN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, STORM DRAIN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS, AND STORM DRAIN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE/IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT
Notice is hereby given that Centerville City has prepared a Storm Drain Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, including a summary of the analysis designed to be understood by a lay person, and a proposed Storm Drain Impact Fee Ordinance/Impact Fee Enactment. Copies of all of the foregoing are available for public review from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, at the City offices at 250 N. Main Street Centerville, UT 84014, telephone (801) 295-3477, commencing on Friday, June 20, 2014. They may also be viewed on the City?s website (www.centervilleut.net). In addition, copies of all of the foregoing have been placed in the Davis County Library, Centerville Branch, located at 45 S. 400 W. Centerville, UT 84014. Notice is hereby given that the City will hold a public hearing on July 1, 2014, beginning at 7:00 P.M. or shortly thereafter, at the City offices located at 250 N. Main Street. The purposes of the public hearing are to hear public comment, and to answer questions about the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and the proposed Impact Fee Ordinance/Impact Fee Enactment, and to consider approval and adoption of the foregoing by the City Council. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments. All interested persons in attendance at the public hearing shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome. The City will make reasonable accommodations for disabled persons needing assistance to attend or to participate in the public hearing.
