- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION ? City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of May 28, 2014 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 Conditional Use Permit ? Review and potential recommendation regarding a request by Technology Associates to construct and maintain an unmanned communications facility (cell tower) on Utah County parcel #30-065-0011 located at 1655 West 1130 South in the A-5-H, Annexation Holding Zone. 6.2 Review of the Purpose and Zone Characteristics of the Non-Residential Zoning Districts. 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8. Adjournment
