- Meeting of the Utah Committee of Consumer Services Wednesday, May 7, 9:00 a.m. Rm. #401, Heber M Wells Building, 160 E 300 S, Salt Lake City, Utah AGENDA 1. Welcome & Business 2. Minutes 3. Case Updates Staff will present an update on recent cases impacting the work of the Office. 4. Legislative Overview Staff will provide an overview of the legislation passed and considered in the 2014 Legislative Session that may have an impact on our work. 5. Open and Public Meetings Training Staff will provide an overview of the requirements of the Open and Public Meetings Act and the manner in which we are meeting all requirements. 6. Rocky Mountain Power General Rate Case Staff will provide an overview of the case to date. The topic will be addressed in three sections: 1) summary of ROE and revenue requirement positions presented to date, 2) overview of cost of service and rate design issues, and 3) discussion about net metering. Specific litigation strategy will take place during the closed portion of the meeting. 7. Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205 (1)(c): Discussion of strategy in litigation before the Utah Public Service Commission. The only docket to be addressed is: Docket No. 13-035-184 (Rocky Mountain Power General Rate Case) 8. Other Business & Adjourn Members of the public who would like to bring issues before the Committee are welcome to contact the Office of Consumer Services regarding upcoming meeting agendas.
