- To be published on April 19, 2014, in Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on April 29, 2014 to receive public comment on a request by Bryon Prince with Ivory Homes to rezone 3.92 acres from RA1 to R3, located at approximately 491 E. Kimballs Lane. The rezone request is linked to a development agreement that would permit minimum lot size to be 9,000 square feet. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on April 29, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dennis Workman at the Draper City offices, 576-6522.
