- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Consent Agenda 6.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of March 12, 2014 7. Review Item 7.1 PUBLIC HEARING ? Request by Scott Phillips for Preliminary Plan and Final Plat approval of Plat B of the Phillips Estates Subdivision located at 131 South 900 East in the R-1-10, Residential Zone. 8.
