- CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 and the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on FSP 1403-0004 a request by Corey Rasmussen, North Davis Cabinet Inc., for Amendment to JNH Subdivision to subdivide Lot 7, located at 1651 S. 300 W. (TIN: 12-787-0007). The property is approximately 5.37 acres and lies in the M-1 (Manufacturing) zoning district. A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
