To be published on March 22, 2014, Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on April 1, 2014, to receive public comment on a request by Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Development for a Zoning Map Amendment, known as the Smith Property Zone Change II, on approximately 9.02 acres of land at approximately 12052 South 300 East for the purpose of changing the zoning designation from A5 to RM1. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on April 1, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dan Boles at the Draper City offices, 576-6335.
