The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering a request to amend the General Plan from medium density residential to high density residential and rezone the property from regional commercial (RC) to multifamily residential (RM-25) at 7804 South Main St. These requests are being made by Brian Langton, representative for the Millcreek Apartments.
