Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider amending Chapter 12-41 - Planned Development Overlay Zone, Section 12-41-060, to include modifying ?Commercial Planned Developments.?

Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, in consideration of rezoning property from Commercial Very-High (C-VH) to Commercial-Very High/Planned Development (C-VH/PDO) and Conceptual Site Plan for the Legacy Trail Apartments Development; which consists of a request for a mixed-use development allowing office, retail, gas/convenience store uses, and multi-family dwelling units, to be located on the southwest corner of 1250 West and Parrish Lane.
