Staff will provide an update on ongoing cases.
4. Rocky Mountain Power 2009 General Rate Case: Overview
Staff will give an overview of the 2009 RMP general rate case.
5. Productive and Non-productive Costs of Climate Change Policy
Staff will give a briefing on a recently released study done by Synapse and partially funded by out national organization, NASUCA.
6. Policy objectives of the Office
The Committee will discuss overall policy objectives, consistent with the new statutory changes.
7. Other Business
