- PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING ? DAVIS COUNTY COMMISSION Davis County Commissioners will hold a special meeting on February 25, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. (1/2 hour prior) to the Clearfield City Council meeting at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah. The commissioners will be available for the purpose of receiving information from citizens and providing a question and answer forum for discussion of Davis County matters.
