- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 13, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: Amendment of Section 19-2-1, Subdivision Development Process, of Chapter 19-2, Development Procedures, of Title 19, Subdivisions, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City.
