- The Council will conduct elections for a new Vice Chair and Chair-Elect. 1. Representative Becky Edwards will present her Workers' Compensation Bill for information and feedback. 2. The Division will Present an update on Employment First. 3. The Division will present an update on the Request for Additional Services (RAS). 4. The Division will present on a draft process for helping SCEs, families, and vendors purchasing adaptive equipment. 5. The Division will present a Frequently Asked Questions section currently being considered for all intake packets. The FAQ is intended to alleviate questions and misunderstandings during the intake process. 6. The Director will present a legislative update on potential items affecting the Division. An additional update will be provided n the Governor's Office of Management and Budget's SUCCESS framework. 7. The Division Director will provide an update on the status of a new Department of Labor Ruling work group. 8. The Division will update the Council on the status of Safety Care and behavior service descriptions previously presented to the Council. 9. The Division will present a preliminary model of an emergency preparedness section to its website.
