ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS:
1.	Call Meeting to order
2.	Sign Per Diem Sheet
3.	Approval of the August 13, 2009 Board Meeting Minutes

DISCUSSION:
1.	Training Program Review
a.	Current Basic/Additional Training Program Topics;
b.	Change in entity who administers exams;
c.	Accountability of the Trainers;
d.	A rules amendment to require the full 24 (twenty-four) hours of training pre-hire including;
i.	Reducing the time frame for completion of the 16 hours of additional training; and 
ii.	Requiring 16 hours of training pre-hire and 8 hours post-hire.
e.	Elimination of the OJT (On-the-Job Training) Program;
2.	Review of Other States Training/Trainer Requirements
