Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Andreasen Subdivision at 42 East Shepard Lane ? Ryan Andreasen. 5. Final plat approval for H & R Subdivision at approximately 1955 South 350 East ? Harvey Jeppson. 6. Final plat approval for Sunset Equestrian Estates Phase 14B at approximately 1400 South Thoroughbred Drive ? Woodside Homes. 7. Final plat approval for The Cottages at Hyde Park Phases 2 and 3 at approximately 530 North Main Street ? Ovation Homes. 8. Call to the public. 9.
