Members of the Board are advised that they may participate in the meeting through electronic means and be counted as present for all purposes, including the determination that a quorum is present. Other information: The Board meets quarterly or as needed. The Board may vote to discuss issues in a closed session in accordance with the "Open and Public Meetings Act" Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, during any meeting.
