NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2013.
Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding the proposed adoption of a new regulation and proposed changes to an existing regulation.
The proposed ?Electronic Smoking Device Regulation? will establish practices for the safe preparation, handling and sale of substances used in electronic smoking devices within Davis County. Specifically, the proposed Regulation will require all E-Liquid containers to be clearly labeled, child proof and tamper resistant, and not accessible to minors. The ?Adjudicative Hearing Procedures Regulation? currently provides a uniform method for resolving disputes between the Environmental Health Services Division and other parties. The proposed changes include making the regulation Department-wide and formatting updates.
