- Meeting of the Utah Committee of Consumer Services Monday, November 18, 2013, 12:00 p.m. Rm. #210, Heber M Wells Building, 160 E 300 S, Salt Lake City, Utah AGENDA 1. Welcome & Business 2. Minutes 3. Questar General Rate Case: Update Staff will present an update on Questar?s rate case. 4. Recent Filing: Wexpro II Staff will provide an overview of the Wexpro I and Wexpro II agreements as well as an overview of the recent filing and potential associated issues. Please note: Questar filed most of its supporting information under confidential cover which necessitates that much of the discussion will take place in the closed meeting. 5. Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205 (1)(c): Discussion of strategy in litigation before the Utah Public Service Commission. Note: All issues will be introduced and discussed (to the extent possible) in open session within agenda items #3 and 4. No motions are anticipated on any of the matters. Dockets to be addressed include the following: Docket No. 13-057-05 (Questar General Rate Case) and Docket No. 13-057-13 (Approval of property under Wexpro II) 6. Other Business & Adjourn Members of the public who would like to bring issues before the Committee are welcome to contact the Office of Consumer Services regarding upcoming meeting agendas.
