Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BOUNTIFUL CITY ZONING MAP Please be advised that the Bountiful City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah, to re-view a proposed amendment to the Bountiful City Zoning Map. The proposal is to change the zoning designation of an approximately 4.97 acre area located at approximately 430 West 400 North from Residential Multiple-Family (RM-13) to Residential Multiple-Family Planned De-velopment Overlay (RM-19-PDO). A copy of the proposal can be obtained and/or viewed by contacting the Bountiful City Plan-ning Department at (801) 298-6190 or at the address above. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice an opinion in writing or by agent or attorney to the address above.
