- Meeting of the Utah Committee of Consumer Services Thursday, October 10, 2013, 9:00 a.m. Rm. #401, Heber M Wells Building, 160 E 300 S, Salt Lake City, Utah AGENDA 1. Welcome & Business 2. Minutes 3. Case Updates Staff will present an update on recent cases impacting the work of the Office. 4. Overview: Questar General Rate Case and Other Rate Changes Staff will provide an overview of the rate case filing and an explanation of the different types of rates and tariffs that form the total Questar bill paid by customers. 5. Utility Integrated Resource Planning Staff will provide an overview of the Office?s assessment of the Pacificorp 2013 IRP and the Questar 2013 IRP. 6. Overview of Office Budget, FY2013 Accomplishments and FY2014 Priorities Staff will give an overview of the work from the past year and anticipated for the upcoming year. 7. Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205 (1)(c): Discussion of strategy in litigation before the Utah Public Service Commission. Note: All issues will be introduced and discussed (to the extent possible) in open session within agenda items #3 and 4. No motions are anticipated on any of the matters. Dockets to be addressed include the following: Docket No. 13-057-05 (Questar General Rate Case) and possibly Docket No. 12-035-100 (Renewable Avoided Cost Methodology for QFs Larger than 3 MW) and Docket No. 13-2035-01 (PacifiCorp's 2013 IRP), 8. Other Business & Adjourn Members of the public who would like to bring issues before the Committee are welcome to contact the Office of Consumer Services regarding upcoming meeting agendas.
