9:45 a.m. - Zion Pharmacy - Kurtney J. Stirland, New Order
10:15 a.m. - Scott Harris, follow-up telephone interview
11:00 a.m. - Patrick Baker: Discuss concerns and possible solution to the current shortage of nuclear medicine supplies.
11:30 a.m. – Nooria Kanishka, pharmacist application.
LUNCH: 12:00 – 1:00 P.M.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
• 1:00 p.m. –Update on Consent Agreement process.
• Continued discussion regarding possible Rule changes
• Discussion regarding black box warnings and communicating with the public
• Pharmacy Technician program approval requests:
- Stansbury High School, Tooele County School District
- Enterprise Valley Pharmacy
• Review and discuss Bureau Manager’s pharmacy e-mail questions received before 08/25/09:
-Is pre-filling a syringe with insulin the practice of pharmacy

**Please Note: A combined meeting with the Board of Pharmacy, Physicians Licensing Board and Osteopathic Licensing Board will be held September 22, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Meetings scheduled for the next quarter: October 27, 2009 and December 15, 2009. The November Board meeting has been canceled.
