The Agenda will be as follows: BLUFFDALE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 7:00 P.M. 1. Roll Call, Invocation and Pledge.* 2. PUBLIC FORUM ? (4 minute maximum per person to bring items not already on the agenda before the Council. Participants are encouraged to submit a written statement (1 copy) for items that are complex or that may require more than 4 minutes to present). 3. CONSENT AGENDA: 3.1 Approval of the August 27, 2013 meeting minutes. 3.2 Approval of the September 5, 2013 meeting minutes. 3.3 Approval of the September 10, 2013 meeting minutes. 4. Presentation of the Bluffdale City Police Department 3rd Quarter Statistical Report, presenter, Corporal Shane Taylor. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on a proposed ordinance adopting the City of Bluffdale Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an Impact Fee Analysis for Parks & Recreation, Storm Drainage, Culinary Water, Secondary Water, Public Safety and Transportation, City of Bluffdale, applicant ? presenter, Brent Ventura, Horrocks Engineers. 6. Presentation and discussion on Porter Rockwell Boulevard and 14600 South Traffic Study and Current Study on 14600 South and Pony Express connection to Freeway - presenters, Michael Fazio/Matt Riffkin, InterPlan. 7. Consideration and vote regarding a Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat Application for Plat D-7 for 30 Single-family residential lots located at approximately 15250 South Heritage Crest Way within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC, applicant ? staff presenter ? Grant Crowell. 8. Consideration and vote on preliminary acceptance of Bluffdale Heights Phase 2 Subdivision and commencement of warranty period ? presenter, Ken Milne. 9. Mayor?s Report. 10. City Manager?s Report and Discussion. PLANNING SESSION 11. Please Note: The planning session is for identifying future items and other council discussion in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-201(2) (a). While the meeting may be open to the public, there will not be any opportunity for public input during the planning session. 12. Closed meeting pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-205 (1) to discuss the character, professional competence, or health of an individual, collective bargaining, pending or imminent litigation, strategies to discuss real property acquisition, including any form of a water right or water shares, security issues, or any alleged criminal misconduct (if needed). 13.
