Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for Mutton Hollow Estates at 61 East Mutton Hollow Road ? Mike Bastian. 4. Final plat approval for Iva View Subdivision at 17 West Shepard Lane ? Steve Israelson. 5. Final plat approval for The Cottages at Hyde Park at approximately 530 North Main Street ? Ovation Homes. 6. Call to the public. 7.
